Linkin In is a new and exciting service for adults with learning disabilities.
We offer a community based small group support service and we have our own base room in Kirkdale Community Centre. We are just five minutes away from Liverpool City Centre and are close to the South Sefton border.
We linkin with others to deliver projects in sports, office and world of work, life skills/personal development, community gardening, arts and we run our own social day called Funtastic Fridays!
The staff who have set up Linkin In are Stuart Heffy and Julie Jones who have over thirty years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities. Look at the staff page to find out some more about them.
We are a social enterprise which means we are a non profit making company.
We are open Monday to Friday and can be flexible with our hours.
This is Kirkdale Community Centre where we have our base room.
We work in partnership with Kirkdale Neighbourhood Community Company and others.
We work together with the community on projects and link in with a variety of activities. Some of our activities take place within the Community Centre and some take place in other community settings.
The community centre has many facilities which we are able to use.
